Overview 
We are seeking vigilant and dedicated Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and customers. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention, ensuring that all security protocols are adhered to at all times. 

Duties

• Monitor retail premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to prevent theft or damage.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets.
• Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when required during emergencies or investigations.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential criminal activity. 

Qualifications 

• Previous experience in retail security is preferred.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. 
• Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention methods are essential.
• Proficient in using CCTV systems and other security technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
